Memorized the website yet? We know it is a lot of information!! We have tried to be as detailed as we can for those newbies as well as the veteran group. Instead of digging around each page again; we will highlight either the page which has changes or maybe a certain section here. If you can’t find the information you thought you read somewhere; just check back here, every so often, and we will list what has changed, added, or corrections made. Do remember, we are all volunteers and want to provide a memorable event for all!!

Who’s Going?
As soon as registration starts and we have a group of registrants; we will continue to update the who’s going page
Hotel registration
April 21, 2027 will be the cut off date. You must register and pay first; and then we will send you your link via email to book your hotel room. Rate will be valid for a few days before the event and a few days after the event. From time to time we will compare registration with group rate bookings; if you somehow booked a room without registering and paying; your room will be forfeited and available for those paying registrants.
Canine Companions is our charity; RPM Motorsports will be on site (in what capacity is still to be worked out)
