Hotel Reservations

Since we’re limited in the number of rooms in the block reserved for the event, we’d like to have folks register for the event first.  Once you have registered and paid for the event you will be provided with a code allowing you to reserve a room at the hotel online.

·         We have 75 rooms for the duration of the event.

·         Room rate checking in Sunday and departing on Saturday averages $154 per night.  Specifically, the daily rates are as follows:

o   Sunday and Monday $139 per night.

o   Tuesday through Thursday is $159 per night.

o   Friday is $169 per night.

o   Saturday before or after the event is $169 per night.

·         Additionally, upon arrival there will be incidentals hold on the room of $50 per night maximum of three nights totaling $150, all refunded at the end of your stay less purchases.
