Hotel Information

The event is being held at the Oxford Suites Sonoma County in Rohnert Park, California. To make your reservation after you have registered for the event. Once registered you will be provided information needed to make your room reservation.

  • Room rate checking in Sunday and departing on Saturday averages $154 per night. Specifically, the daily rates are as follows:

    • Sunday and Monday $139 per night

    • Tuesday through Thursday is $159 per night

    • Friday is $169 per night

    • Saturday before or after the event is $169 per night

  • Additionally, upon arrival there will be incidentals hold on the room of $50 per night maximum of three nights totaling $150, all refunded at the end of your stay less purchases.

  • We have 75 rooms for the duration of the event.

Event Registration

The registration fee for the event is $150.00 per person.  (To complete your registration please go to our “Event Registration” page.)

The registration fee covers the cost of food for the full meal Meet and Greet, the ice cream social and the banquet (food and no-host bar). Additionally, the event fee covers the rental costs for the registration and banquet spaces and audio-visual rental.

Costs for the following are not covered by the registration fee, and are provided by sponsors/hosts:

  • Event Poker Chip

  • Antenna Clip

  • Lanyards and Personal Badges

  • Car show ballot

  • Car show Placard

OVERVIEW OF THE EVENT:

  • Registration - will begin Sunday, June 20th at 3pm until 8pm. Registration will also be available all day throughout the week during operating hours of the registration room.

  • Meet and Greet – This event is Monday, June 21st from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.  in the hotel banquet room. This includes a full dinner; drinks may be purchased at the hotel lounge. The theme will be ‘Peanuts.’ So, dress up as your favorite Peanuts character. Snoopy, the NASSAM 2027 mascot, will be in attendance and you are welcome to join in a photo with him.

  • Group Photo/Wine Tasting/Ice Cream Social - This event is Tuesday, June 22nd at 4:30pm; we will caravan from hotel to photo spot at a winery; wine taste; and then back to the hotel for the Ice Cream Social.

  • Sonoma Raceway/Slip Happens - This event is Wednesday, June 23rd from 5:00pm - 9:00pm. The group signed up for the event will leave the hotel in a caravan; time to be determined. Others may tag along to watch as well. More information to follow.

  • Car Show – This event is Thursday, June 24 from 6:00 PM — 8:30 PM located in the hotel parking lot.  See Car Show link for categories.

  • Banquet – This event is Friday, June 25 starting at 5:00 PM in the hotel banquet hall with a social hour with dinner being served at 6:00pm.

  • Monday through Friday there will be a silent auction, additionally, a live auction will be part of the banquet.

T-Shirts

  • Event t-shirts will be offered with the 22nd Anniversary badge on the front left breast and event logo on the backside.

  • Pricing will be $30 per shirt.

o   Men’s Sizes:  S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL

o   Women’s Sizes (rounded neck):  S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL

Event Posters

Available for Purchase, price per poster is $30. The Event design posters are scaled for a 24” tall x 24” wide. Ready to Frame.

Event Patch

Event patches will be offered with the 22nd Anniversary logo woven in blue.

Pricing will be $15.00 per patch.

 

Additional Cost

Depending on each individual’s choices for participation in additional events, possible extra costs that may affect you are:

  • Fees on Runs

    • Entry into the visitor center for the Point Arena Lighthouse is $5.00 per person. An additional $5.00 per person to climb to the top of the lighthouse.

    • Entry into the Jack London Historic Park is $15.00 per vehicle, per day.

    • Entry into the Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve entry fee is $10.00 or $9.00 for seniors.

  • Other

    • Cash bar for the banquet for those who choose to indulge.

    • Winery wine tasting fees, if any.

    • Any additional food cost during the runs.

    • Other sites you may wish to visit possibly have entry fees, such as the Charles M. Schulz Museum, Old Faithful Geyser of California or the Petrified Forrest and historical buildings in Sonoma Plaza.
